I’ve often heard people complain that there’s no money to be made in the animation business. That’s not exactly true. I don’t know much about Jonatan Cantero; his blog doesn’t have much in the way of biographical information. He is a young illustrator living in Barcelona, Spain, and is apparently working toward a career in comics, though not yet published in the field. His blog and deviantART page have some examples of his work, many of them featuring his small bean-like characters involved in things like harvesting strawberry pulp by mining operation...

Check out this crazy animation done for MTV Asia. It really has nothing to do with Jersey Shore, other than my assumption that MTV Asia probably has cooler stuff on it than MTV (Regular?).  Although one of the skimpy anime chics does dress like Jwow…  Read More →

His most significant film of the 1950s was The Conceited General , which I’ve embed below: In the 1960s his animation style was influenced by the painter Qi Baishi. His 1963 mastepiece, The Cowboy’s Flute (Part 1 below), is one of the most beautiful...

Computer animation is considered an art. It is the art of making images move using a computer program. The animation can be done in two ways.
